I find teaching workshops to be one of the great joys of working in ceramics. Sharing my love of clay and helping workshop participants learn new processes and concepts is extremely rewarding. I am happy to tailor workshops or lectures to suite your group’s interests. I regularly lead hands-on and demonstration workshops that explore the creation and use of screen printing images for ceramics. These workshops cover digital image preparation, positive films for screen exposure, basic photo emulsion-based screen printing, overglaze decal printing, glaze printing, underglaze and slip printing, slip transfer for 3-dimensional objects, clay monoprinting, and other related topics.
